LEMON REFLECTIONS is a vibrant painting of some freshly picked Meyer lemons from my garden. I love the play of fun reflections on the warm wood surface and the glimpse of light rushing through the window!

Most of my life has been surrounded by the beautiful Cape vineyards, Cape Dutch architecture and colonial gardens of the beautiful country of mine where I draw inspiration from all things French and fabulous!

I love this painting, I also paint a lot of lemons with oil paints. It is always an eye catching object as yellow is such an interesting colour to work with.
